Returns - Changes
You can return or request a replacement of the products you have purchased from the online store, within fourteen (14) days of receiving them.
You can return products:
1. Via the courier company of your choice at your own expense.
2. In our physical store in Naoussa.

Courier Return Procedure:
Step 1: Fill out the Return Form or send us an Email
To return or replace a product, you will need to fill in the relevant Return Form or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org stating
- your first and last name,
- the address,
- your order number,
- the codes of the products you wish to return,
- your email and contact phone number,
- the reason for the return request (optional),
- The type of compensation you want: resizing or refund.
Step 2: Accept Return Request
Within the next working days (1-3 days) of your return request, and if all the details have been filled in correctly, you will receive the "Return Request Accepted" email.
Step 3: Receive package and exchange or refund.
Once we receive the package and check that the product is in its original condition and meets the return conditions we will proceed to replace or refund your order.
* Please note that in order for the return package to be accepted you must include the proof of purchase, the product tags (not cut), the product packaging and that it has not been worn or used.
*If your return does not meet the conditions mentioned above, our company will not be able to issue the return or exchange and the package will be sent back to you at your expense.
*In the event that you send an item with a consignee charge, we do not cover the shipping costs and the costs will be deducted from the total refund amount.
*In the event of a deposit in a different bank from the collaborating bank (National Bank), the transfer is borne by the Beneficiary (Customer) and not the Depositor (www.e-patousakia.gr)
*In the event of a refund, the money you are entitled to is ONLY the net amount of the product NOT including any shipping or cash on delivery you may have paid.
*If you have paid by cash on delivery, please fill in your bank details (Holder name, BIC/IBAN code and account bank) on the Return Form.
1. The product must be returned to the Company without delay and in any case within 14 calendar days from the day of withdrawal.
2. If it is not sent within the above deadline, the Company may not accept the return.
3. Payment is completed after returning the product and checking its good condition, followed by a refund confirmation email. Responsibility for damage or loss when returning the product to the Company rests with the customer.
4. In the event that you withdraw, before your order has been delivered and nevertheless it has been received, you must immediately return the product to the Company in exactly the condition it was received, unopened and unused.
5. The product to be returned or to be replaced must be in the same excellent condition as received, accompanied by the issued document (receipt), in its complete original packaging, without tears and damages, with all the contents of the original packaging, unused and unworn.
6. In case the product does not meet the aforementioned conditions, it will be returned to the customer at his own expense.
